The
units of Enrollment Services are part of the division of Academic
Affairs, reporting to the Assistant Vice Provost for Enrollment
Services. These units include Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions,
Financial Aid, Office of the Registrar, Undergraduate Scholarships,
Recruitment, and New Student Orientation. Our offices are
located in the Wilder Tower
annex building, and are part of the Student
Services Center. Office hours are from 8:00
am to 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 4:30
pm on Friday.
Our
goal is to provide efficient and courteous service to prospective
and current students in support of their educational goals.
From admission to graduation, the staff of Enrollment Services
is dedicated to providing the support needed to navigate the
enrollment process each semester.

Bill
Akey has been a professional staff member at the University
of Memphis since 1985. He joined Enrollment Services
in 1993 and became the Assistant Vice Provost for Enrollment
Services in 2001. Bill is an alumnus of the U of M,
earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1981, Master's
of Science degree in 1982, Education Specialist
degree in 1987, and Doctor of Education degree in 2006.
