Financial Aid Forms
Before contacting your Financial Aid Counselor, please review our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) or go to Ask TOM. The answer to your question may be just a click away.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Access to your financial aid status is now self-service through SPECTRUM. This includes information about when your FAFSA is received, what documents you need to submit to the office, and the status of paperwork you have submitted. When you call the office to check on your financial aid, you are asking us to look at the same system that you access on Spectrum. Save yourself time and CHECK SPECTRUM FIRST.
